About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze operational processes across asset and wealth management engagements to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support client service workstreams from planning through execution
- Translate business needs into actionable deliverables
- Apply operations consulting methods to assess process design, service delivery models, and operating performance
- Interpret data, industry trends, and performance metrics to inform recommendations
- Prepare client-facing materials, presentations, and work products
- Coordinate tasks across multiple workstreams, track milestones, and escalate delivery issues
- Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives and technical requirements
- Use digital tooling and analytical techniques to support operations transformation, workflow optimization, and business performance analysis
- Contribute to discussions on procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and service operations
- Guide junior team members, share methods, and provide feedback on work products
- Travel up to 80%
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Preference for study in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, or Risk Management/Insurance
- Operations consulting coursework or internship exposure in asset and wealth management
- Analytical thinking applied to unstructured business problems and current industry trends
- Structured communication to influence stakeholders and build client relationships
- Ability to review deliverables for accuracy, relevance, and consistency
- Ability to delegate tasks, coach peers, and adapt to changing priorities
- Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC's policy
