  • Lead, coach, and develop team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Practical experience in the Energy, Utilities and Mining sector
  • Proven experience leading large-scale operations transformation, process improvement, or operating model redesign programs
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic capability, translating data into strategic insight
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior executive presentation experience
  • Experience contributing to business development, proposals, or client pitches
  • Highly developed executive-level slide design and storytelling skills using PowerPoint
  • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capability
  • Proficiency with relevant AI and productivity tools, such as ChatGPT/Claude and Copilot
  • Workshop facilitation experience across operational and executive audiences
  • Ability to maintain 100% compliance with firm policies, ethics, and risk protocols
