Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects and coordinate resources for successful delivery
Develop project plans and manage timelines to align with strategic objectives
Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define project goals and mitigate risks
Utilize Oracle Project Resource Management and Agile Product Lifecycle Management for efficient project execution
Oversee program scope management and status reporting to stakeholders
Facilitate cross-functional team coordination and promote continuous process improvement
Apply analytical thinking and digital tooling to enhance project integration and delivery
Coach team members and provide feedback to leverage their strengths
Encourage innovation and embrace change to drive service excellence
Address conflicts and engage in challenging conversations with stakeholders to maintain project momentum
Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
Proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Experience utilizing Oracle Business Process Management
Experience managing complex projects with Oracle Project Resource Management
Cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement
Program scope management and program status reporting
Ability to travel up to 40%
