About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information
Assist clients with business transformations leveraging Oracle and other large-scale digital solutions
Assess and manage risk and controls during transformation journeys
Assess ERP security, business process controls, and IT General Controls
Educate clients on leading practice recommendations
Lead transformation and implementation of digital solutions within Oracle Cloud
Guide teams in strategic planning and successful execution
Mentor and develop junior staff
Manage client accounts and deliver exceptional service
Foster leadership growth and innovative practices
Maintain compliance with audit standards and uphold integrity
Drive ongoing improvement in client engagement processes
Plan, budget, execute, and complete projects
Partner with team leadership on quality, timelines, and deliverables
Address conflicts and issues with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Uphold professional, technical, independence, and conduct standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or Management Information Systems
7 years of experience
CISA, CISM, or CISSP
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Oracle Cloud/Oracle Fusion experience
Risk Management Cloud experience
Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) controls
SOX audit and controls experience
Experience coaching/overseeing junior team members
Proficient communication skills to collaborate with US-based teams
Experience creating thought leadership, training, and/or internal guidance
Master's Degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred
Chartered Accountant preferred
