Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Preference for study in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, or Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business data analytics
- Excelling in operational performance management and process optimization
- Utilizing strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement
- Managing business transformation and operational excellence initiatives
- Implementing quality standards and process improvement strategies
- Leading operations strategy and planning operations
- Ability to travel up to 80%
