About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Oracle PMO workstreams across ERP engagements using structured project management methods
Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource tracking across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
Monitor portfolio and engagement metrics, analyze status trends, and prepare stakeholder reporting
Coordinate issue, risk, and dependency tracking across multiple initiatives
Guide project teams in using Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, and other PPM tools
Develop status updates, presentation materials, and delivery reports for engagement and firm leaders
Support project governance by validating deliverables against scope, timelines, and financial targets
Advise stakeholders on Oracle Cloud ERP delivery activities and project management processes
Apply Scaled Agile practices to improve delivery flow, team coordination, and program visibility
Lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage client accounts, and navigate ambiguity independently
Support standardization and consistency across Oracle ERP engagements within PwC Consulting Solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.E/B.Tech/MBA
At least one certification: PMP or Agile Certification (ACP/CSM/SAFE)
Expert proficiency with Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, Macros, Automation, Oracle ERP, Power BI, Tableau, MPP, and other PPM tools
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preference for fields of study including Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, and Management Information Systems
At least one Oracle Cloud certification in Financials, Supply Chain, Enterprise Performance Management, or Human Capital Management modules
Oracle PMO delivery experience across complex project portfolios and workstreams
Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project tracking tools and metrics
Experience tracking engagement financials, budgets, and portfolio performance indicators
Experience coaching teams and presenting status updates to stakeholders
Oracle ERP knowledge in client-facing transformation work
