Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
Manage and mentor teams to enhance software engineering and product innovation skills
Design, code, and test applications using Java, Python, and C++
Oversee enterprise application integration and seamless functionality across platforms
Utilize application lifecycle management tools to streamline software development
Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Implement continuous integration and delivery practices
Address and resolve software issues through debugging and troubleshooting
Promote agile methodologies and embrace change to enhance project outcomes
Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
Partner with team leadership on quality, timelines, and deliverables
Coach team members, address conflicts, and reinforce professional standards and the firm's code of conduct

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 8 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Experience or knowledge of Playwright with MCP; Tosca; Java; Python; JavaScript/TypeScript for Playwright; Karate and/or REST Assured; Jenkins; GitHub Actions; Azure DevOps or equivalent; Git/GitHub/Bitbucket
Knowledge of SQL, debugging and analysis, test management, AWS, Azure or GCP
Experience utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Experience developing solutions with Java, Python, and C++ programming languages
Experience managing enterprise application architecture and integration projects
Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff in software development
Experience leading teams in strategic planning and execution for client engagements
Preference for study in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering
