About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Salesforce implementation and enhancement tasks across client projects
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into application configuration requirements
  • Configure Salesforce components, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation features
  • Assist with testing, issue resolution, and defect tracking
  • Gather stakeholder information to refine functional requirements and user stories
  • Prepare configuration, process flow, and technical handoff documentation
  • Contribute to data migration, including mapping, cleanup, and validation
  • Apply Salesforce administration, Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud capabilities
  • Participate in training support and create user-facing guidance materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems
  • Salesforce administration or Salesforce development skills
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud knowledge
  • Requirements gathering and translation into technical tasks
  • Ability to learn emerging technologies and digital tooling quickly
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced project work with varied clients
