About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop Salesforce applications and configured components for client business needs
- Analyze requirements and translate them into technical Salesforce solutions
- Build custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, data mapping, and middleware tools
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve defects across development, test, and deployment stages
- Review code, configuration, and solution designs
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather input and align solutions with business objectives
- Support release planning, testing, and deployment readiness
- Mentor junior team members through technical guidance, peer review, and knowledge sharing
- Interpret data and system behavior to identify improvements and recommend enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning
- Ability to analyze complex business processes
- Ability to interpret data for recommendations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity while supporting evolving client needs and project scope
- Ability to collaborate across teams and develop client connections
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Master's or Master of Business Administration degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems is preferred
