About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces under the guidance of senior developers
Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
Participate in debugging and optimizing existing SAP programs to improve performance
Collaborate with functional consultants and other team members to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions
Document development work and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Learn and apply SAP programming best practices and development standards
Support testing activities, including unit and integration testing
Continuously develop technical skills and SAP knowledge through training and mentoring
Monitor application operations and respond in real time
Improve existing products and introduce new functionalities
Repair, document, create CRs, and sometimes teach clients’ employees
Deploy Customer Experience solutions for clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Min 3 years of experience or internships in SAP ABAP development or related SAP programming roles
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Basic understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts (reports, modules, data dictionary objects, forms)
Willingness to learn object-oriented programming and SAP enhancement techniques
Ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
