About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead client support engagements focused on SAP compliance and security
- Help clients strengthen business process controls and address access and segregation-of-duties considerations
- Support secure SAP-enabled transformations
- Motivate and develop teams and coach junior professionals
- Manage project execution and review deliverables for quality, timing, and client expectations
- Analyze client needs and implement control and security solutions across SAP environments
- Lead SAP compliance and security workstreams integrated into transformation initiatives
- Manage client service activities across SAP security, segregation of duties, role design, and provisioning controls
- Direct remediation efforts for internal control gaps, compliance issues, and audit readiness needs
- Review SAP GRC and related control processes for regulatory and governance alignment
- Coordinate automated controls across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA, BTP, and cloud environments
- Manage work plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify process gaps, control risks, and remediation options
- Advise clients on compliance technology, monitoring approaches, and risk management practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in specified fields of study
- SAP GRC, security, and control integration experience
- Experience leading SAP transformation controls across S/4HANA, Fiori, and cloud
- Experience managing business process risk, SOX, and audit readiness initiatives
- Experience coaching teams through remediation design and control automation
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical SAP control solutions
- Up to 40% travel
