About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze client business needs and translate them into SAP solution requirements
- Support SAP implementation, enhancement, and application support workstreams across core business processes
- Configure and test SAP functionality to validate system behavior and process fit
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution efforts across technical teams and client stakeholders
- Develop training materials and deliver user support to improve adoption of SAP tools and processes
- Interpret data, process flows, and system dependencies to inform recommendations and implementation plans
- Review deliverables for completeness and consistency
- Guide junior team members on assigned tasks
- Build client relationships by anticipating needs, communicating progress, and adapting to shifting project priorities
- Manage assigned workstreams as a Senior Associate
- Contribute to delivery across SAP environments and support business efficiency through practical solutions and responsive service
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- SAP consulting experience across application evolution services
- Ability to navigate client conversations and build meaningful relationships
- Critical thinking to break down complex SAP concepts
- Ability to interpret data to guide recommendations and next steps
- Awareness of business context and changing needs
- Professional standards while mentoring junior team members
