About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead SAP Order to Cash consulting engagements from solution design through deployment and post go-live support
- Shape client strategies for sales, billing, order management, credit, and revenue processes using SAP CX and core SAP capabilities
- Drive business development efforts by identifying client needs, expanding account relationships, and positioning SAP solution opportunities
- Oversee multiple workstreams, manage priorities, and guide cross-functional delivery teams through complex transformation efforts
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP process designs, configuration plans, and integration approaches
- Advise executive stakeholders on process improvements, system changes, and operating model decisions supporting growth objectives
- Develop deployment approaches, issue resolution plans, and cutover activities for stable implementation outcomes
- Apply knowledge of customer relationship management, system interoperability, and business process modeling to improve end-to-end operations
- Mentor leaders and consultants while promoting effective use of SAP tools, data, and digital capabilities across engagements
- Set strategic direction, shape client engagements, drive business growth, mentor emerging leaders, and contribute to solution design, delivery oversight, and thought leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management or Computer Science/Information Systems
- Experience driving SAP CX order-to-cash transformations across client environments
- Experience leading executive client discussions on sales technology strategy
- Experience shaping business growth through SAP Customer Experience opportunities
- Ability to translate complex processes into practical solution designs
- Experience mentoring teams across multiple engagements and workstreams
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
