About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Order-to-Cash workstream across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
Partner with business leaders to redesign customer-facing processes and deliver measurable business outcomes
Design integrated SAP solutions across Sales, Pricing, Order Management, Fulfilment, Billing, Returns and Intercompany processes
Own cross-functional O2C hand-offs across SD, MM, EWM/WM, TM, Finance, Tax and Credit Management
Facilitate business design workshops and translate commercial, customer service, fulfilment and finance requirements into scalable SAP solutions
Lead O2C master data design with business data owners and Data teams
Support O2C data migration and cutover readiness, including mapping, template definition, mock-load validation, defect resolution, reconciliation and stabilisation
Collaborate with Business Change, functional, analytics and integration teams
Help clients use SAP Business AI, Joule and intelligent automation
Support strategic pursuits through discovery workshops, solution shaping, proposals, client demonstrations and executive presentations
Coach functional consultants and help grow PwC’s SAP Order-to-Cash capability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Led multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash or Sales & Distribution transformation programmes
Deep expertise across SAP SD/O2C, including pricing, condition technique, ATP/aATP, order management, delivery processing, shipping, billing, returns, intercompany and customer-facing fulfilment processes
Experience working with business data owners and Data teams to design, cleanse, validate, migrate and reconcile O2C master data and open transactional data
Ability to facilitate fit-to-standard design discussions, challenge unnecessary customisation and translate commercial, customer service and supply chain requirements into practical SAP-enabled solutions
Understanding of SAP Business AI, Joule and clean-core architecture
Ability to build trusted relationships with Sales, Commercial and Supply Chain leaders and communicate complex concepts clearly
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing future consultants
Experience supporting business development through discovery engagements, RFPs, solution shaping and executive presentations
Passion for transforming customer operations through technology, innovation and AI
Available for work visa sponsorship
Willingness to travel up to 60%
