About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set strategic direction for large-scale SAP program delivery across multiple client engagements
- Lead business development efforts to expand SAP core ERP transformation work
- Oversee program planning, scope definition, budgeting, and resource allocation for complex implementation efforts
- Direct cross-functional teams through issue management, dependency tracking, and milestone execution
- Build executive-level client relationships and shape program approaches aligned with business objectives
- Translate client needs into SAP program roadmaps, delivery plans, and governance structures
- Apply Agile methodology, Microsoft Project, JIRA Software, and project management tracking tools to monitor progress and report status
- Guide risk identification, change control, and benefits realization management throughout the program lifecycle
- Develop and mentor program leaders while advancing team capability, accountability, and growth
- Drive innovation, process improvement, and technology adoption to strengthen SAP delivery outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, or Organizational Management/Behavior
- Experience leading SAP program management across complex enterprise transformations
- Experience driving executive client relationships across finance technology initiatives
- Experience developing program roadmaps, governance, and status reporting
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Experience applying SAP project management and Agile methodology
- Strategic thinking, market insight, and change leadership
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
