About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and support Source-to-Pay workstreams across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
  • Work with Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP-enabled Source-to-Pay solutions
  • Own the design, configuration and delivery of integrated SAP Source-to-Pay solutions
  • Cover strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracting, purchasing, catalogue and guided buying, inventory and materials management, invoice management, supplier collaboration and procurement analytics
  • Work across SAP S/4HANA procurement, SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network
  • Facilitate process and solution design workshops
  • Lead S2P master data design and migration readiness
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Business Change, Data, AI and Technology specialists
  • Help clients explore SAP Business AI, Joule, automation and intelligent procurement capabilities
  • Support business development through client workshops, discovery engagements, proposals and solution demonstrations
  • Coach junior consultants and develop SAP Source-to-Pay, Supply Chain, consulting and leadership capability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience delivering Source-to-Pay or Procurement transformation as part of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation programmes
  • Understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracting, purchasing, inventory management, invoice management or supplier collaboration
  • Understanding of Source-to-Pay integration with Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Planning and Logistics
  • Understanding of SAP procurement best practices and clean-core principles
  • Interest in SAP Business AI, Joule and intelligent procurement
  • Understanding of master data dependencies for Source-to-Pay processes
  • Experience supporting process and solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and business transformation activities across SAP procurement programmes
  • Experience working with Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders
  • Ability to take ownership of workstreams and facilitate client workshops
  • Ability to mentor junior colleagues
  • Collaborative and commercially minded approach
  • Available for work visa sponsorship
  • Travel availability up to 60%
