About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead client support work within the Advisory practice, focusing on SAP consulting services
- Lead SAP warehouse management consulting workstreams across client engagements
- Translate business needs into functional system requirements
- Manage implementation, optimization, and support activities for SAP warehouse processes and enterprise-system integration points
- Guide teams through project planning, budgeting, execution, and issue resolution
- Review functional designs, configuration decisions, and test results
- Develop training materials and deliver user support for SAP warehouse management processes
- Coordinate system enhancements, process standardization, and performance improvements across supply chain workflows
- Mentor team members and coach task execution
- Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps and communicate recommendations to clients and leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Master's or Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems preferred
- SAP WM implementation experience across client engagements
- Experience leading project planning, budgeting, and execution across workstreams
- Experience mentoring teams while reviewing deliverables and timelines
- Ability to analyze end-to-end system interactions and process dependencies
- SAP application support, optimization, and integration knowledge
