About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate on developing an AI assistant for user registration on the platform
Develop intelligent interest tagging to tailor content to user preferences
Design and implement personalized travel-planning recommendation mechanisms
Create tools providing local tips and information about tourist attractions
Analyze user data to continuously improve platform solutions and features
Contribute to technology consulting and architecture development within the AI, Cloud & Data team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced proficiency in Python, including machine learning and AI libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
Experience building and integrating AI backends using FastAPI and Flask
Knowledge of generative AI technology, including Grok, OpenAI GPT, LangChain, and prompt engineering
Experience using and integrating vector databases such as Chroma, Milvus, and Qdrant
Familiarity with NLP techniques including text generation, summarization, intent classification, and Named Entity Recognition (NER)
Practical experience creating and managing chatbots, including multilingual support and TTS/STT service integration
Ability to work with APIs and develop scalable, secure AI solutions
Familiarity with container technologies, CI/CD environments, and DevOps is a plus
Ability to integrate AI with external systems and cloud platforms
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, and fluid environment
Proficient English at least at C1 level
At least communicative Polish
