About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead AI engineering initiatives that design, build, and test software solutions for client-facing use cases
- Guide architecture decisions for applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based platforms
- Develop machine learning and generative AI capabilities into software products and digital workflows
- Drive code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting across Python, Java, JavaScript, or other programming environments
- Manage application lifecycle planning, continuous integration and delivery, and release coordination
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, functional specifications, and implementation plans
- Validate solution performance, model behavior, and application reliability through structured testing and analysis
- Coach diverse teams through complex delivery efforts while resolving issues affecting progress and team effectiveness
- Advise clients on AI strategy, technical feasibility, and operating model implications for software delivery
- Apply systems thinking to identify process improvements, reduce delivery risk, and advance scalable engineering approaches
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for a field of study in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering
- AI engineering experience across client-facing solutions and technical delivery
- Systems thinking for identifying opportunities and solving complex problems
- Ability to craft clear messages connecting technical details to business outcomes
- Ability to validate outcomes with clients and adapt based on feedback
- Experience leading diverse teams through ambiguity with sound judgment
- Knowledge of software engineering, AI fluency, and modern development methods
