About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze billing and quote-to-cash requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
- Configure billing platform capabilities across subscription management, pricing, usage billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue processes
- Develop custom workflows, scripts, reports, integrations, and data migration components
- Perform fit-gap assessments and document process changes, configuration decisions, and technical design details
- Support unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and release readiness
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and validate fixes across billing lifecycle processes
- Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, functional consultants, and client stakeholders
- Apply Oracle, BillingPlatform, Zuora, SQL, REST, SOAP, and reporting skills
- Prepare knowledge transfer materials and support user training, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
- Contribute reusable assets and process improvements
- Analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build client relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Lead-to-Revenue or related Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Revenue Cloud applications
- Demonstrating billing platform configuration across quote-to-cash lifecycle
- Analyzing fit-gap findings and translating needs into design
- Developing integrations, workflows, reports, and data migration solutions
- Supporting testing, production issue analysis, and client communication
- Guiding junior team members through complex delivery work
