About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business requirements for Zuora billing and quote-to-cash processes and translate them into functional and technical solution designs
Configure billing platform capabilities across subscription management, pricing, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue processing
Develop customizations, workflows, reports, integrations, and data migration components using platform tools, APIs, and scripting
Perform fit-gap assessments and document configuration decisions, solution options, and implementation dependencies
Support unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and release activities
Troubleshoot production issues and complete root cause analysis after go-live
Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders
Prepare technical and functional documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer and user support
Apply Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Revenue Management, Zuora Billing, and Revenue Management Cloud Service knowledge
Validate billing workflows, tax settings, reconciliation logic, and data quality across connected enterprise systems
Analyze complex issues, guide junior team members, and maintain professional and technical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preference for study in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, or Computer and Information Science
Oracle Cloud certification in Lead-to-Revenue or related Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Revenue Cloud applications
Experience configuring Oracle Billing Platform across quote-to-cash programs
Experience applying fit-gap analysis for billing, invoicing, and collections processes
Experience developing integrations, workflows, reports, and data migration solutions
Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization
Experience collaborating across finance stakeholders, architects, and technical teams
