About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor security events, alerts, and incidents across client environments to identify unusual activity and escalate findings
  • Investigate potential threats by analyzing logs, indicators of compromise, and endpoint data from security tooling
  • Support incident response by gathering evidence, documenting actions, and tracking remediation steps
  • Tune detection content and review alert logic to reduce false positives and improve signal quality
  • Prepare case notes, incident summaries, and status updates for client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Apply cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and control requirements to operational reviews and assessments
  • Collaborate across technical teams to resolve vulnerabilities, strengthen monitoring coverage, and support corrective actions
  • Guide junior team members through operational tasks, knowledge sharing, and peer review
  • Apply responsible Information Management, Information Security, and Data Protection practices
  • Ensure correct Information Security Management practices
  • Analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, and contribute to cybersecurity solution delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
  • At least one certification aligned to enterprise cybersecurity governance and operations, including CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials
  • Cybersecurity operations experience in client-facing settings
  • Ability to interpret security monitoring data to inform recommendations
  • Critical thinking to address complex incident patterns
  • Ability to guide junior team members through shifting priorities
