About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze client data to identify risk patterns, control gaps, and emerging trends
Develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools that translate data into actionable insights
Build data strategies and analytical models supporting risk and regulatory reporting
Assess systems and data sources for data quality, completeness, and consistency issues
Apply Python, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL-based tools to prepare, transform, and visualize data
Interpret complex information and structure findings into clear client recommendations
Review deliverables for accuracy, relevance, and project alignment
Support continuous data monitoring and refine analytics workflows
Guide junior team members through technical tasks
Build client relationships by adapting communication to different audiences
Analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, review others' work, and develop client connections

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
At least one certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
Client-facing data analytics experience in risk and regulatory settings
Advanced SQL, Python, or Power BI experience
Experience reviewing analytical outputs for accuracy, relevance, and business context
Experience coaching junior team members while managing multiple workstreams
