Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Specialist knowledge of defined contribution pensions and wider employee benefits
  • Ability to support defined contribution pensions and wider employee benefits projects
  • Ability to manage client activity, reports, communications, provider terms and regular client contact across portfolios
  • Ability to delegate work to Senior Associates and Associates, providing information, training, support and development
  • Ability to contribute to business growth by shaping propositions, initiatives, provider relationships and internal networks
  • Ability to support risk management for new projects and maintain compliance
