About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead post-merger integration efforts to capture synergies and optimize operations
- Conduct detailed synergy analysis to identify cost savings and revenue growth opportunities
- Manage stakeholder engagement during separations and divestitures
- Support enhanced due diligence and HR due diligence processes
- Develop strategic plans for carve-outs and initial public offerings (IPO)
- Oversee complex deal integration projects using project management skills

Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Client service Senior Associate positions are for job seekers who are in their final year of their MBA program at the time of application
- Ability to leverage AI to create efficiencies and innovate ways of working
- Analytical thinking in complex deal scenarios
- Experience or ability to navigate post-merger integrations
- Knowledge of change management strategies

- Willingness to travel up to 80%
