About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business owners and leadership teams to understand their goals, challenges and opportunities
- Deliver accounting, tax compliance and business advisory solutions
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business planning
- Translate complex technical information into clear, practical and commercially focused advice
- Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to add value

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in accounting, tax, legal, business advisory or related professional services
- Strong technical capability and commercial acumen
- Confidence leveraging AI, technology and data-driven insights to create value
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset
- An analytical, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail
- A collaborative style, strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality
- Leadership, coaching or client engagement experience aligned to your level
- Availability for up to 20% travel
