About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze client business application needs and translate them into agile delivery workstreams
  • Support ERP transformation activities across process design, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Apply project management and systems project management methods to track scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Document requirements, solution decisions, and delivery status for client and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate technology integration activities across business applications, data flows, and operational processes
  • Identify issues, evaluate options, and refine delivery approaches
  • Develop familiarity with industry technologies and field service modernization solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, Maximo, ESRI, SEW, and IFS
  • Provide implementation support, technical consultation, and training support
  • Review team deliverables for accuracy and completeness
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Build client relationships through responsive communication, thoughtful feedback, and understanding of business context

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • ERP transformation experience across client service engagements
  • Experience applying Agile methods to complex technology delivery workstreams
  • Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into delivery actions
  • Ability to manage feedback, adapt quickly, and learn from diverse perspectives
  • Commercial awareness across field service modernization efforts
  • Ability to mentor junior team members while maintaining professional standards
  • Up to 60% travel
