Support analysis of financial results and highlight trends, risks and opportunities
Assist with forward-looking insights and analysis for financial and non-financial KPIs
Apply IFRS 15 principles to assess contracts and revenue recognition treatment
Provide constructive challenge and practical guidance to stakeholders
Interpret monthly financial results and prepare commentary for the Finance Leader / Finance Manager
Drive billing discipline and cash collection performance
Help improve working capital and reduce Investment in Client (IIC) risk
Provide accounting advice from bid stage through the life of engagements
Partner with finance and operational teams on business projects and change initiatives across Deals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced Finance Senior Associate
Preferably pursuing or interested in pursuing a relevant finance qualification such as CIMA or ACCA
Sound understanding of IFRS 15 principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Confidence interpreting data, identifying risks and challenging senior stakeholders
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Interest in leveraging AI and technology-driven tools to improve analysis and reporting is desirable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders
Curious mindset and ability to learn quickly
Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a professional services firm
