About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze client financial processes to design and implement Oracle-based digital finance solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives and optimize operational efficiency
- Lead the integration and utilization of business applications to enhance financial management capabilities
- Provide training and support for adoption of Oracle NetSuite solutions
- Apply analytical thinking and business process modeling to address complex client needs
- Manage project delivery and documentation according to client expectations and timelines
- Apply agile methodology to changing project requirements
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Oversee project budgeting and integration to optimize resource allocation and financial performance
- Uphold professional and technical standards aligned with firm guidelines and client requirements
- Advise clients on financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and financial operations optimization
- Build client connections and manage or inspire others while delivering quality solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology
- Experience implementing enterprise integrations using Boomi, Workato, Celigo, and Oracle Integration Cloud, with exposure to NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce
- Experience developing custom integrations using SI connectors and relevant programming languages, preferably within software industry environments
- Experience delivering systems integration consulting across complex enterprise technology environments
- Experience utilizing Oracle NetSuite for finance technology solutions
- Experience managing IT project lifecycles
- Analytical thinking to solve business challenges
- Stakeholder management and client relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
