About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze financial due diligence findings across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow trends
- Review quality of earnings, working capital, and financial statement adjustments for transactions and acquisitions
- Build financial models and valuation support materials for deal analysis and decision making
- Interpret business performance metrics, forecast assumptions, and market trends to identify key issues
- Prepare client-ready deliverables summarizing insights, risks, and implications for deal execution
- Coordinate due diligence requests, document reviews, and data validation across multiple workstreams
- Develop meaningful client relationships and respond to questions from finance and deal teams
- Mentor Associates on analysis methods, modeling techniques, and workpaper organization
- Manage assigned workstreams and guide junior team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- CA with more than 2 years of experience
- Financial Due Diligence experience across transactions
- Experience utilizing financial modeling and valuation in deal analyses
- Experience applying working capital and earnings quality analysis
- Experience interpreting financial statements and performance metrics
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to client teams and leaders
- Experience mentoring Associates while navigating complex deal work
