Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Preference for study in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, or Risk Management/Insurance
  • Proficiency in AI-Human Collaboration and AI Fluency
  • Experience in functional areas including Finance, Supply Chain, Strategic Staffing/Workforce Planning, Grants, Reporting, PMO, or Physician Compensation/Contracts
  • Business Data Analytics and Business Performance Metrics
  • Process Improvement and Process Optimization
  • Operational Performance Management (OPM) and Operations Strategy
  • Change Management and Business Transformation
  • Ability to meet travel requirements of up to 80%
