About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support HR transformation and technology implementation projects, including HRIS implementations, process design, and data validation
  • Lead assigned workstream activities in collaboration with Managers
  • Facilitate client sessions to gather HR requirements and align system design with client needs
  • Document HR processes, workflows, and operational requirements
  • Translate HR process requirements into configuration inputs and testing scenarios
  • Assist with HR data migration, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
  • Coordinate integrations between HRIS, payroll, benefits, and other platforms
  • Prepare client-facing status updates and process documentation
  • Track project status, risks, and issues, escalating concerns as needed
  • Support HR service delivery design, shared services processes, and case management workflows
  • Assist with change readiness activities, training documentation, and stakeholder communications
  • Support HR reporting and analytics by documenting report needs and validating workforce data
  • Identify HR process gaps and system-enabled improvement opportunities
  • Maintain project documentation according to governance and compliance standards
  • Coach junior team members on HR processes and client engagement expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • 4–8 years of progressive experience in HR transformation, HR operations, HRIS implementation, workforce consulting, shared services, outsourcing, or related project delivery
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting HR process design, HRIS implementations, system configuration, testing, data migration, or HR transformation projects
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • End-to-end HR implementation exposure, including discovery, requirements, process design, configuration support, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
  • Experience supporting Core HR, HR operations, employee lifecycle, HR shared services, case management, or HR service delivery transformation
  • Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms
  • Ability to facilitate client-facing meetings with limited supervision
  • Familiarity with workflow design and HR data governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret HR policies and system outputs accurately
  • Ability to mentor junior team members effectively
