About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage identity and access management workstreams for Microsoft Entra ID implementations and enhancements
- Design role based access control models, user access rights processes, and authorization frameworks for client environments
- Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Active Directory components
- Analyze access control requirements and translate business needs into identity governance and access management solutions
- Review privileged access workflows, access reviews, and identity federation settings
- Document technical requirements, system configurations, and implementation decisions
- Interpret identity platform data to identify access risks, support issue resolution, and inform recommendations
- Guide junior team members through assigned tasks, quality review activities, and delivery timelines
- Build client connections, navigate complex situations, develop technical skills, and manage assigned workstreams
- Support delivery across multiple workstreams while maintaining professional and technical standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Experiencing Microsoft Entra ID administration within client support settings
- Applying identity and access management concepts across Azure Active Directory environments
- Interpreting access control, role based access control, and governance models
- Translating technical findings into client-facing recommendations and next steps
- Mentoring junior team members while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
- Up to 40% travel
