About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support client service engagements by analyzing complex issues, managing assigned workstreams, and developing deliverables within Epic Consulting
  • Support Epic managed services workstreams across healthcare operations and electronic health record environments
  • Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into Epic system configurations and functional recommendations
  • Monitor service requests, incidents, and change activities to help maintain stable application performance
  • Troubleshoot application issues, document findings, and escalate complex items for deeper technical review
  • Collaborate with healthcare technology teams on implementation, enhancement, and optimization efforts
  • Review data, workflows, and user feedback to identify process improvements and application gaps
  • Prepare documentation, status updates, and deliverables for service delivery and client reporting
  • Guide junior team members by sharing application knowledge, reviewing tasks, and reinforcing delivery standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Epic certification for managed services delivery
  • Epic software knowledge in healthcare settings
  • Analytical reasoning to interpret health data trends
  • Ability to navigate client service workstreams with changing priorities
  • Ability to mentor junior team members through complex assignments
  • Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as allowed by PwC policy
