Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze client financial operations and implementation needs to shape OneStream solutions supporting planning, reporting, and close activities
Manage assigned workstreams across finance transformation engagements, tracking deliverables, issues, and milestone progress
Translate business requirements into system design inputs for financial reporting, consolidation, and process automation
Review implementation outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client finance process objectives
Interpret data, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to financial workflows
Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution across OneStream deployment phases and connected finance processes
Prepare client-facing materials, status updates, and workflow documentation
Develop working knowledge of financial reporting structures, controls, and shared services models
Mentor junior team members on task execution, work product preparation, and issue identification
Build trusted client relationships by responding to questions, anticipating needs, and adapting to changing engagement priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Master's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
OneStream implementation experience across finance solutions
Experience analyzing financial reporting needs within client service engagements
Ability to interpret financial services operations data into clear insights
Analytical thinking across complex finance workstreams
Commercial awareness and adaptability to varied client needs
Ability to actively listen, ask questions, and express ideas clearly
