Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-8 years of prior relevant experience in consulting
  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education (M.Ed.), Communications, HR, Organizational Development or Psychology
  • Certification in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design (e.g., ATD/CPTD, Articulate, or an equivalent recognized ID credential) is required
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends
  • Openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with unpredictable circumstances or changes
  • Comfort working in ambiguity
  • Proficiency in AI tools for workforce solutions
  • Analytical thinking to assess training effectiveness
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Experience supporting client-facing consulting engagements and mentoring juniors
  • PROSCI or other Change Management certifications are preferred and considered an added advantage
