About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage Oracle PMO workstreams across project, program, and portfolio activities for ERP engagements
  • Track schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and issues using structured project management tools
  • Coordinate Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods across diverse project scopes and technology work
  • Prepare status reports, portfolio metrics, and executive updates for client and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze project performance data to identify delivery gaps, resource needs, and action items
  • Support financial tracking, forecasting, budget updates, and variance review
  • Validate delivery artifacts and project documentation for accuracy, consistency, and framework alignment
  • Guide junior team members on PMO processes, tooling, and day-to-day project administration
  • Build client relationships through responsive communication and practical project support
  • Apply Oracle Cloud ERP, Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, and other PPM tools to improve delivery visibility
  • Communicate progress with firm and client stakeholders across Oracle ERP engagements
  • Reinforce project management methods and contribute to delivery consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.E/B.Tech/MBA
  • At least one certification: PMP / Agile Certification (ACP/CSM/SAFE)
  • Expert proficiency in Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, Macros, Automation, Oracle ERP, Power BI, Tableau, MPP, and other PPM tools
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Preference for study in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
  • Oracle Cloud certification in Financials, Supply Chain, Enterprise Performance Management, or Human Capital Management is an advantage
