About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance productivity and drive business performance
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFP design, development, analysis, and supplier negotiation strategy
  • Conduct spend analysis, category savings assessments, and procurement diagnostics
  • Manage contracts from start to finish, including proactive renewals, supplier negotiations, and contractual compliance monitoring
  • Conduct supplier management activities, including QBRs and supplier performance management
  • Use Procure-to-Pay platforms such as Coupa and SAP Ariba
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize sourcing and procurement processes for cost savings and supply chain resilience
  • Implement strategic sourcing frameworks and digital procurement solutions
  • Manage supplier relationships to foster collaboration and optimize performance
  • Conduct supplier evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities
  • Provide guidance on procurement process improvement and strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Support project resource management, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Engage in supply chain analysis to enhance supply chain management and collaboration
  • Guide junior team members and manage multiple project workstreams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4-8 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Strong understanding of procurement operations and/or procurement outsourcing operating model
  • Ability to structure and execute procurement transformation workstreams
  • Experience with digital tools for procurement analytics and supplier management
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Experience managing complex, high-value, or high-risk categories such as IT, logistics, and construction
  • Understanding of multiple project workstreams and guiding junior team members
  • Strong analytical skills, including analyzing large datasets, generating insights, and creating clear reports
  • Experience using Coupa Software and SAP Ariba for procurement processes
  • Experience managing complex procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Proficiency in supplier relationship management
  • Experience in contract negotiation and contractual compliance monitoring
  • Analytical thinking applied to supply chain costing and spend analysis
  • Ability to develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
