About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze product development and manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop strategy and transformation deliverables to improve speed to market, cost performance, and product quality
  • Apply product development, product lifecycle management, and product roadmap skills across concept through launch
  • Document current-state processes and future-state operating models to guide operational change
  • Interpret data and operational metrics to inform product strategy and manufacturing recommendations
  • Support lean manufacturing and supply chain integration efforts
  • Use AI fluency and process documentation tools to improve analysis, reporting, and knowledge transfer
  • Build client relationships, anticipate needs, and coordinate assigned workstreams
  • Review junior team members' work and guide task execution within project scope
  • Develop recommendations reflecting business context, client priorities, and professional standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Science
  • Demonstrating product development or manufacturing strategy coursework
  • Applying process documentation and product lifecycle management skills
  • Interpreting data for product roadmap recommendations
  • Using AI fluency to support ideation and planning
  • Adapting quickly within client-facing transformation work
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
