About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess record to report processes and identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities
  • Design future-state finance workflows aligned with automation, simplification, standardization, and centralization objectives
  • Lead implementation and optimization of close and reconciliation tools such as BlackLine, Trintech, Floqast, and ReconNet
  • Apply analytics, robotic process automation, and artificial intelligence-enabled solutions to improve finance operations
  • Support development of performance measures and key indicators aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate with client finance, tax, treasury, and procurement teams on end-to-end reporting processes
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and deliverables for leadership reviews and project discussions
  • Mentor junior team members through coaching, training, and feedback
  • Contribute to methodology development, knowledge assets, and reusable tools for finance transformation projects
  • Collaborate with US-based finance teams on process diagnostics, future-state design, digital tool implementation, and reporting improvements across close, reconciliations, and financial operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Master's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Four to eight years in finance transformation consulting
  • Record to Report knowledge across close and reconciliations
  • Experience utilizing BlackLine, Trintech, Floqast, or similar tools
  • Ability to develop client-facing presentations for finance leaders
  • Experience mentoring junior team members through feedback and coaching
