About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze government contract compliance matters and translate regulatory requirements into practical client guidance
- Review contract terms, internal controls, and compliance frameworks to identify risk exposure and control gaps
- Support compliance program implementation, maintenance, and reporting across complex client engagements
- Interpret regulatory authority requirements and apply governance, risk, and compliance methods
- Gather and assess data, documentation, and evidence to inform findings and recommendations
- Develop written materials summarizing issues, findings, and next steps for client stakeholders
- Coordinate project workstreams, track milestones, and manage assigned deliverables within engagement timelines
- Mentor junior team members by reviewing work products and sharing technical knowledge
- Build client relationships by responding to questions, anticipating needs, and adapting to changing priorities
- Evaluate ambiguous issues and develop sound recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of professional standards and code of conduct
- Ability to interpret government contract requirements and regulatory authority requirements
- Ability to analyze data, documentation, and evidence
- Ability to develop written materials summarizing issues, findings, and next steps
- Ability to coordinate project workstreams, track milestones, and manage deliverables
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
