About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze client business needs across SAP applications and translate them into practical solution requirements
- Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization workstreams for SAP systems and integrated business processes
- Develop configuration and functional design inputs aligned with operational goals and project scope
- Interpret process and data issues to recommend improvements supporting efficiency and user adoption
- Prepare testing materials, track defects, and validate fixes across project phases
- Create training content and support end users through adoption of new or changed SAP functionality
- Collaborate across technical and functional teams to coordinate delivery activities and resolve issues
- Review assigned work for accuracy and completeness
- Mentor junior team members on task execution
- Interpret client and internal stakeholder feedback to refine deliverables and advance solution design
- Apply SAP knowledge across ERP, integration, and process standardization initiatives to support client objectives
- Build meaningful client relationships, deepen technical skills, and develop deliverables across assigned workstreams
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- SAP consulting experience supporting application enhancement and optimization
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate needs into practical solutions
- Ability to interpret data to inform recommendations and client conversations
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple workstreams within client service settings
- Ability to mentor junior team members while navigating ambiguity and change
- Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management preferred
- Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Computer Science/Information Systems preferred
