Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze SAP transformation workstreams to identify risks, control gaps, and process impacts across business and technology functions
Support ERP security, access control, and IT controls assessments throughout system transformation engagements
Review business process changes and control design to identify weaknesses and recommend practical remediation options
Interpret client data and process documentation to develop insights that inform control testing and transformation decisions
Coordinate assigned deliverables across project activities while managing priorities and deadlines
Develop client relationships by responding to questions, clarifying requirements, and communicating progress
Guide junior team members on control testing steps, documentation standards, and issue tracking
Apply knowledge of SAP GRC, SAP ERP, and related business applications to support risk and control evaluations
Contribute to process improvement, security control assessment, and SOX compliance discussions
Maintain awareness of engagement objectives and adapt to changing client needs and system requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, or another relevant field
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
SAP transformation experience supporting audit and assurance engagements
Knowledge of SAP ERP, GRC, HCM, SCM, or DBMS
Ability to support client relationships across complex, changing situations
Ability to interpret data to inform recommendations and insights
Critical thinking applied to complex concepts and deliverables
Ability to mentor junior team members while managing assigned workstreams
Willingness to travel up to 20%
