Protect organisations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies
Identify vulnerabilities, develop secure systems, and provide proactive solutions to safeguard sensitive data
Provide comprehensive security solutions across various cybersecurity domains
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow customizations
Lead/support ServiceNow implementation and administration
Manage system configurations and gather/document user and process requirements
Develop workflow customizations and perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing
Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow methodologies, including technical architecture and implementation
Organize and prioritize development efforts
Interface with vendors, management, clients, and project teams
Delegate, coach, review work for quality, and provide feedback
Use critical thinking to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–9 years of experience
Graduate/Bachelor's, BE/BTech, or MCA
ServiceNow platform customization, core platform setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party integrations
Knowledge of Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and workflows
Ability to lead/support ServiceNow implementation and administration, including system configurations, user and process requirements, workflow customizations, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing
Technical/functional skills for consulting project engagements
Excellent client-facing and verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with agile development environments
Good understanding of JavaScript and Web Services
Must-have skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services
ServiceNow Certified Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
Knowledge of ITSM, HR, GRC, VR, ITOM, and SecOps
Exposure to integrating ServiceNow with other tools
Good to have: AngularJS or another scripting language
Exposure to Active Directory configuration/administration and Azure Web Services
