About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze client finance processes and translate Workday Finance requirements into practical solution options
- Support Workday Finance implementation and optimization activities across business application workstreams
- Interpret complex business needs and convert them into system configuration and testing activities
- Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, document process flows, and track open items
- Prepare training materials and deliver system walkthroughs to support user adoption
- Perform functional testing, issue triage, and defect resolution across finance application modules
- Review work products from junior team members and provide guidance on task execution and deliverable quality
- Apply knowledge of finance operations, enterprise applications, and integration concepts to solve client challenges
- Help clients optimize finance processes within the Digital Core Modernisation practice
- Build client relationships and develop technical skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience of Workday product experience
- Current pursuit of or an a Workday Pro certification
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Demonstrating Workday Finance implementation support in client settings
- Analyzing complex Finance ERP processes and data flows
- Interpreting stakeholder needs across diverse client perspectives
- Applying critical thinking to Workday configuration and testing
- Mentoring junior team members through changing project demands
