About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze client finance processes and translate Workday Finance requirements into practical solution options
- Support Workday Finance implementation and optimization across business application workstreams
- Interpret complex business needs and convert them into system configuration and testing activities
- Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, document process flows, and track open items
- Prepare training materials and deliver system walkthroughs to support user adoption
- Perform functional testing, issue triage, and defect resolution across finance application modules
- Review junior team members' work products and provide guidance on task execution and deliverable quality
- Apply finance operations, enterprise applications, and integration concepts to solve client challenges
- Help organizations use Workday to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of Workday product experience
- Current pursuit of or a Workday Pro certification
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Master's or Master of Business Administration degree preferred in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, or Organizational Management/Behavior
- Workday Finance implementation support in client settings
- Experience analyzing complex Finance ERP processes and data flows
- Ability to interpret stakeholder needs across diverse client perspectives
- Critical thinking applied to Workday configuration and testing
- Ability to mentor junior team members through changing project demands
