Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of Workday product experience
- Current pursuit of or a Workday Pro certification
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, or Organizational Management/Behavior
- Proficiency in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations
- Analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- AI-human collaboration and emerging technologies
- Developing training materials for enterprise software solutions
