Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and delivery of strategic Rewards solutions across compensation, benefits, incentives, job evaluation, and equity programs
  • Analyze market, workforce, and organizational data to develop Rewards strategies and leadership recommendations
  • Manage end-to-end Rewards projects, including risks, KPIs, methodologies, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, and client proposal development
  • Analyze client compensation strategies and develop competitive, equitable reward structures
  • Design and implement benefits packages aligned with client objectives
  • Collaborate with client leadership to translate workforce insights into actionable recommendations
  • Lead development of job architecture frameworks and executive pay packages
  • Evaluate market and organizational data to assess compensation decisions
  • Develop global guidelines and methodologies supporting business strategy
  • Engage in benchmarking studies for compensation and benefits strategies
  • Use Alteryx and Tableau to enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Prepare reports and presentations communicating insights and recommendations
  • Support practice leadership with client proposals and thought leadership initiatives
  • Build client relationships, anticipate client needs, and mentor others

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant experience of 4 to 7 years in Total Rewards
  • Design and optimize compensation frameworks including variable pay programs, job evaluations, salary structures, and integration of acquired workforce roles
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBi
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong collaboration and independent ownership
  • Rewards Specialized certifications as an added advantage
