About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify operational gaps at leading businesses and provide value-creation recommendations
- Develop implementation plans and quantify savings using driver-based approaches and industry benchmarking data
- Drive transformation initiatives focused on short- and long-term value realization
- Manage client relationships at executive and operational levels throughout project phases
- Contribute to Operational Due Diligence, Pre-deal Value Creation, and Carve-out support services
- Support corporate and private equity clients in pre- and post-deal phases
- Work with operational models, data analytics, practical sector knowledge, and AI tools
- Collaborate with an inclusive, experienced advisory team in an international environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of relevant experience in deals consulting, operational performance improvement, corporate M&A teams, COO support roles, or specialized operations consulting
- A university degree in Business Administration, Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of one or more operational functions, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Working Capital, Procurement, or Sales
- Comfortable working with and interpreting financial information
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Professional level of Dutch highly appreciated
