About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design of enterprise data architectures for analytics, AI, and digital transformation programmes
- Define end-to-end data architecture strategies covering integration, data modelling, lineage, quality, metadata, and master data management
- Conduct architectural discovery, shape data workstreams, and define technical delivery approaches across Azure, AWS, GCP, and Snowflake environments
- Work in cross-functional product squads with Data Engineers, Data Strategists, AI specialists, and Business SMEs
- Design, build, and provide technical assurance for data-driven architectures
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand challenges, define data requirements, evaluate technology options, and shape investment decisions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate architecture designs into buildable solutions
- Oversee modelling, pipelines, integration patterns, and platform services through delivery
- Contribute to data strategy, architectural roadmaps, and platform evolution
- Help clients modernise data landscapes and strengthen analytics and AI capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in enterprise architecture
- Full lifecycle experience designing and delivering platform-agnostic data architectures
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to build data models, pipelines, and semantic layers
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to link data modelling decisions to business outcomes
- Experience selecting data and integration technologies at project or enterprise level
- Deep understanding of data governance, lineage, quality frameworks, and master data management
- Track record of delivering high-quality client engagements and building trusted stakeholder relationships
- Strong consulting foundations, including impactful communication, structured problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to deliver under pressure
- Proficient in at least one data modelling tool, such as Erwin or ER Studio
- Experience with metadata management, data migration, and master data management
- Knowledge of data architecture for ERP, CRM, and HR systems, including Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday
- Practical knowledge of core data ETL and visualisation skills
- Advanced technical skills in Master Data Management tools such as Informatica
- Experience writing API specifications in JSON and integrating with tools such as MuleSoft
- Experience with Agile delivery techniques, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience developing data strategies for business transformation
- Experience designing data solutions supporting AI and Agentic AI products
- Available for work visa sponsorship
